
Your comments or pins may be missing for several reasons, these include:
- The content they were pinned to was deleted or moved.
- The convent was updated.
- Your MarkUp.io account has been deactivated.
A lot of the time, this happens because your site URL has changed outside of MarkUp.io. MarkUp.io requires the same URL to be available in order to load comments properly.
Please ensure any links you enter into MarkUp.io will be permanently available, and always resolve any outstanding comments before changing your domain or URL structure.
