MarkUp support is here to help with your questions Monday through Friday from 9 am - 5 pm ET (except holidays)
There are few ways to contact us when you have questions about using MarkUp.
Chat
Chat is the best way to get help with quick questions about using MarkUp!
When you're signed into your MarkUp account, you can start a chat by clicking the ? icon towards the bottom left corner of your screen and then clicking "Live Chat" during our regular operating hours.
If you're on our support site, simply click the help icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Please note if you start a chat while we are offline, you will be prompted to leave us a message and we'll reply back via email as soon as we can!
Create a Ticket
Tickets are a great way to have long form discussions. If you have a question that might require some research or longer responses, a ticket might be the best way to go!
The easiest way to create a ticket with the MarkUp support team is to email support@markup.io.
You can also create a ticket on our support site by clicking either the Contact or "Submit a request" links that you will see throughout our knowledge base.
MarkUp Community Slack Support
We also have a growing MarkUp Community channel where users share their best practices, provide feedback about the tool or request specific features that they think can help improve MarkUp!
Our team also provides announcements for specific changes and additional features in the slack channel besides the email we’re sending.
Visit https://www.markup.io/customers/ to join and click on “Join MarkUp’s Slack Community” to join.
Status Page
If you are experiencing an issue with MarkUp, you might also want to check out our status page! This is where we'll post information and updates regarding known issues that are impacting multiple users. You can also subscribe to receive an email whenever we post something on our status page so you can keep tabs on known issues and learn about them before you experience the issue yourself.
