What are Workspaces?
Workspaces are where your MarkUps are housed and organized in MarkUp.io!
There are different ways you can utilize Workspaces based on your MarkUp.io subscription, so skip ahead to whichever subscription you have for some best practices!
How you can use Workspaces
(based on your MarkUp.io subscription)
MarkUp.io’s Free plan gives you access to one Workspace that can hold up to 20 MarkUps!
Here’s an example of a Free MarkUp.io Workspace:
MarkUp.io’s Pro plan gives you access to one Pro Workspace that can hold unlimited MarkUps! In your Workspace, you can organize your MarkUps into Folders to manage your different projects, file formats, or more. These Folders can also add additional privacy and security around content access.
Here’s an example of a MarkUp.io Pro user organizing a Workspace with Folders:
MarkUp.io’s Enterprise plan gives you access to unlimited Workspaces! With this plan, you can utilize multiple Workspaces based on your organization's needs. For example, you can create Workspaces based on functionality or customer engagement.
Here are some excellent use cases for Workspaces…
- Different organizational functions, i.e., Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, etc.
- Working with different clients i.e. Agencies
- Centralized team setup i.e., Content, Web, Corporate Marketing, etc,
- If you’re part of an umbrella company and you would like to have separate Workspaces for each company under the umbrella
Within each Workspace, you can further organize MarkUps into Folders, which also add additional privacy and security around content access.
